Bob McNeice has a
track record of proven success in a wide range of businesses, including
start-ups, mid-sized companies and large corporations. He is an
experienced business development and problem solving specialist with
the ability to achieve rapid growth or change for focused companies.
McNeice
received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the
University of Arkansas. He attended the Stonier Graduate School of
Banking, conducted by the American Banker’s Association at Rutgers
University.
Steven South, Director, Business Development
Steven South
comes from a background in reverse logistics, which included roles in sales,
marketing, operations, transportation, acquisition integration, human
resources, and executive management. His experience in reverse logistics covers
a broad base of industries including retail, grocery, electronics, CPG, HBC,
apparel, office supplies, and publishing. Steve has a strategic mindset and a
focus that drives to understanding a customer’s value proposition.
Steve’s
interest in sustainability was developed as he, and his team, worked with
retailers and manufacturers to maximize the positive bottom line impact of
return center operations.Sustainability
related programs included asset recovery, recycling, charity channels well as
hydrogen fuel cell program, and warehouse energy programs.Steven also explored carbon credit solutions
for third-party logistics operations.
Steve
received his Bachelor’s degree from Duquesne University and his MBA from the
University of Pittsburgh. He also serves on the board of Harvest Time
International in Sanford, FL, a non-profit focused on the redistribution of
donated product to families in need around the world.
Jennifer Mrzlack, Research Manager
Jennifer is a proven performer with the ability to set and achieve aggressive goals. She has a well-rounded technical background with experience in engineering, actuarial science, operations, production supervision, applications, planning and project management. She has earned her Six Sigma Greenbelt and is thoroughly versed in Lean tools.
Mrzlack received her Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. She worked in engineering and operations for the past five years at Rexnord Industries and SKF, a global manufacture and leader in sustainability efforts, and will be attending the Tepper School of Business fall of 2008.
